Fabian Schmidt, Dr. (Sociology and Film Heritage), lecturer at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf. He also works in the EU Horizon 2020 project “Visual History of the Holocaust: Rethinking Curation in the Digital Age” as part of the Hebrew University team and is a researcher for the DFG-funded project “(Con)sequential Images – An Archaeology of Iconic Film Footage from the Nazi Era” at the Film University Babelsberg where he is currently finishing his memory studies oriented dissertation project on the Westerbork film.
