Tadhg Dennehy

Tadhg Dennehy is a PhD candidate with the Department of Film & Screen Media at University College Cork, Ireland, where he was awarded an Excellence Scholarship from the College of Arts, Celtic Studies & Social Sciences. Tadhg earned a masters in Creative Documentary from the Edinburgh College of Art (University of Edinburgh) and a BA in English and Sociology from University College Cork. Tadhg has also produced and directed a number of short documentary films which have screened at film festivals in Ireland and the United Kingdom. His research interests include Irish national cinema, historical cinema, and representations of Ireland in British cinema.
