Marie Krämer is a research fellow and PhD student at Philipps University Marburg since 2019. She holds a Master’s degree in Media Studies from the University of Marburg and in Cultural Studies & Cultural Education from the Universite de Lorraine. Her PhD project “Cinephilia(s) Revisited: Movies – Memory – Mobilisation” is conducted in cotutelle de thèse with the Université de Lorraine and co-funded by the Franco-German University (DFH/UFA). Marie is also an associate doctoral member of the DFG research training group “Configurations of Film” (Goethe University Frankfurt) since December 2020. Her research focuses on film heritage, film festivals, museums, and other institutions of film culture, as well as curatorial, educational, and fan practices related to film.
