Juliane Hornung

Juliane Hornung is Assistant Professor at the History Department of the University of Cologne. She was awarded her PhD by the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and received a research grant by the Gerda Henkel Foundation for her doctoral dissertation on New York’s high society in the 1920s and 1930s. Her research interests include American cultural history, film history, transnational history, and postcolonial studies.
