Valérie Pozner

Valérie Pozner is Research Director at CNRS (THALIM), a specialist in the history of Russian and Soviet cinema, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Association française de recherche sur l'histoire du cinéma and of the editorial board of 1895 revue d’histoire du cinéma. She has coordinated several research projects, including CINESOV – le cinéma en Union soviétique 1939–1949 (2013–2016) and co-organized the exhibition “Filmer la guerre. Les Soviétiques face à la Shoah“ at the Mémorial de la Shoah in Paris in 2015. She participated in the European research program VHH – Visual History of the Holocaust.
